BLOC828 wants to build blocks of change in the city of Memphis. By drawing from and helping to develop the generation that has been deemed to have a heart that does not care about the progression of our city. With exposure, coaching, and direction on how they can positively IMPACT their communities, they can become the advocates of change in our city.
The Rehabilitation, and the prevention of Recidivism of Jordan, Tesfaye, Tanisha, and Brittany of Chicago is not the responsibility of the jail system, but should be the result of the unconditional love for our troubled youth, and unity of the community that they come from.
