BLOC828 endeavors to address the heart of college age/young professionals who have a desire to IMPACT the city. Through THE FOLLOW-Up program, BLOC828 provides self-development, growth, and leadership training to these inner city young adults producing individuals who make an IMPRESSION on communities within the city of Memphis.
